Dr. Althea's Melaclear Cream is a moisturizer with 30,000 ppm tranexamic acid, niacinamide, and alpha arbutin to target dark spots and uneven tone. Tranexamic acid acts on the plasmin pathway, niacinamide inhibits melanin transfer, and alpha arbutin reinforces the depigmenting action by inhibiting tyrosinase. Hyaluronic acid in three molecular forms and ceramide NP complete the hydration and barrier support.
