Dr. Althea's Premium Quick Step Sebum Cleanser is an occasional-use cleanser (1-2 times per week) applied without water to areas of excess sebum, left on for 15-20 minutes, and removed with cotton. Burdock and witch hazel work on accumulated sebum, while panthenol soothes and speeds up barrier recovery. It's not a daily-use cleanser.

For combination and oily skin with areas of excess sebum needing a deep-cleansing treatment beyond the daily routine.
