Real Barrier's Real Barrier Extreme Lotion is an intensive-repair body lotion with MLE (Multi-Lamellar Emulsion) technology, which replicates the layered structure of the natural lipid barrier to effectively deliver ceramides and panthenol.

Behind Real Barrier is the same lab that developed Atopalm, a reference in treating eczema and atopic dermatitis in Korea. The formula is free of dyes, parabens, phenoxyethanol, and mineral oils. Tested for hypersensitive skin.
