HOW TO USE THE ROUTINE

Morning: steps 01 → 05.
Evening: steps 01 → 04 (no SPF).

Apply each step and let it absorb (approx. 30-60 seconds) before the next. All 5 steps are suitable for sensitive skin. If your skin is very reactive, introduce the new steps one at a time during the first week.

Reapply SPF every 2 hours with prolonged sun exposure — daily SPF use is essential to consolidate the results of the routine.
