Purito Seoul's Oat PDRN Gentle Refining Toner is based on colloidal oat water — not as an added extract. 80% of the formula is Avena Sativa Seed Water, meaning its soothing capability is integrated from the ground up, not just layered on top. PDRN at 5 ppm supports barrier regeneration; beta-glucan complements the soothing effect.
