5% pure vitamin C in a bamboo water base, with niacinamide and glutathione to work on radiance and tone.

Suited for all skin types, especially normal, combination, and dry skin.

A good option for a first, gentle treatment with pure vitamin C, if you already have experience with more stable forms of vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid) and want to step up the treatment's potency.

When: Preferably in the morning — pure L-ascorbic acid is more effective in the AM and requires SPF afterwards. It can also be used in the PM, although it loses some effectiveness due to overnight oxidation.

Routine step: After cleansing and toning, before moisturizing.

Frequency: Apply in the morning. Start every 2 days if it's your first time using pure vitamin C.

Warnings:
• If it's your first time using pure vitamin C, you may experience slight initial itching or redness, which usually disappears with continued use. Always apply SPF during the day.

Discontinue use if any discomfort persists. Treat your skin on days when it feels comfortable and stable.

Purito Seoul's Pure Vitamin C Serum is a serum with 5% pure L-ascorbic acid at a low functional pH. The base is bamboo water (Bambusa Vulgaris Water), which replaces conventional water and contributes antioxidant polyphenols; niacinamide, as a key co-active, reinforces the depigmenting axis and helps with L-ascorbic acid's tolerability. Glutathione rounds out the antioxidant action.

5% L-ascorbic acid is a low-intensity treatment that delivers measurable benefits for collagen synthesis, antioxidant protection, and pigmentation, while lowering the risk of irritation and giving your skin time to adjust to the treatment's acidic pH. That makes it ideal for getting started with Vitamin C treatments.
